Oil, Acrylic & Watercolor Open Studio

Having difficulty finding the inspiration, time and space to paint? Bring your painting in progress or start a new project in a relaxed open studio format.  Work in the company of other local  painters  in  an  atmosphere of  support and community. Instructor Doris Glovier will be on hand to provide technical advice, support and critical feedback through informal individual and group critiques. The three hour Open Studio in Pocomoke City, MD provides an educational and informal environment where participants (beginner or experienced) can learn and explore either the watercolor or oil/acrylic mediums. Unlike most Open Studios, the session begins with an educational demo and open discussion on a specific technique, theory or other art-related topic. The student is then encouraged to work on an ongoing painting or try the paint project provided for that day. We operate on a “drop in” basis so participants pay only when they attend. The fee is extremely affordable and the experience is always delightful! Call 410-957-2398 or email [email protected] for more information.
